Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts. If you give to a specific appeal or fund, we spend your gift on that purpose. If an appeal raises more than it needs, or cannot go ahead, we will use your gift where it is needed most unless you ask for a refund. Contact us within 30 days if you gave by mistake and we’ll refund you.
Regular giving
You can change or cancel a monthly or nightly gift at any time from your account or by contacting us. Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Stories and photos are shared with the consent of the people in them. Please don’t reuse them without our permission. Fundraising pages are written by their owners; tell us if you see anything inappropriate.
